The long weekend offered the opportunity for us to visit Zagreb, Croatia. Surprisingly, this was our first visit, considering that it is about the same about of time, and far cheaper than taking the train to Budapest. Our priority for this weekend was Plitvice Lakes National Park, about 2 hours south of Zagreb. But we did spend one late evening and another morning exploring Zagreb. I don’t feel like there is more than a couple hours worth of sightseeing to do there. But it was fun to finally explore. Enjoy the photos.
